Leader-Led Ethics Discussions from CampbellBarr and SAI360

Discussing ethical decisions and risks as a team: Meeting-based toolkits for ethics and compliance programs

Data from our 2020 E&C Program Benchmark showed that 69% of global organizations do not equip their managers with resources to support and reinforce an ethics and compliance program. We’re working with CampbellBarr to change that.

Leader Led Discussions (LLD) are conversational toolkits designed for virtual and face-to-face meetings with one clear goal — make it easier to talk about the risks and ethical dilemmas that we deal with at work. Created by a team of experts with over 30 years of experience partnering with global E&C programs, LLD toolkits are currently being used by dozens of the world’s leading organizations.

Each kit is comprised of an easy to edit and customize PowerPoint presentation, designed to be delivered in any type of meeting, and an accompanying document that serves as a facilitator guide and talk track for the individual running the meeting. With 15 minutes of preparation, a leader can have a purposeful discussion with their team that is tied to company values, key E&C themes and business goals.

Over 30 kits are available today, covering subjects like ethical decision making, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, workplace culture, speaking up, anti-trust, competition and data privacy.

To see a catalog with more details and get access to one complimentary kit, please complete the form below. A member of our team will reach out with more information.
