Our SAI360 compliance and learning experts, Michelle Hübchen (Director, Product Technology & Learning Innovation) and Steffi Prange-Jones (Senior Business Development Manager), will present the unique “Know Your Risk Learning Model” during their panel discussion on Tuesday, November 14 from 2:40 to 3:20 pm.
This model is an innovative confidence-based assessment of learning experiences and shows what learners know and how confident they are in their pre- and post-learning answers. This gives companies a high-level “risk assessment” for their workforce and allows them to turn this data into actionable insights.
