Live SEC disclosure requirements webinar: Thursday, February 16

1:00 PM ET | 12:00 PM CT | 10:00 AM PT

SEC disclosure requirements for Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) are coming. Is your organization prepared to report on climate change?

The SEC’s new rules require U.S. public companies to disclose climate-related risks and impacts, including the greenhouse gas emissions they are directly responsible for, as well as emissions from their supply chains and products.

A recent Deloitte poll of senior leaders in finance, accounting, legal and sustainability found that companies are taking a number of steps in advance of the changes, including creating ESG working groups, goal-setting, and developing new roles and responsibilities to prepare for the additional disclosure requirements.  In the poll, 99 percent of respondents reported they were somewhat or very likely to invest in more technology and disclosure tools in the next 12 months.

How is your company preparing for the new SEC disclosure requirements?

During this 30-minute webinar, Kelvin Dickenson and Jamie Walsh from SAI360 will detail the SEC disclosure requirements and how they will affect your company and why you should integrate reporting information into your organization’s internal control program. A live technology presentation will also be included.

During the webinar you will learn:

  • Keys to operationalize your ESG program
  • The importance of a real-time view of your ESG risk
  • What the SEC regulations mean for your organization
