SAI360 Active Shooter Response Learning Experience Wins Anthem Award

The International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences (IADAS) announced that SAI360 Ethics & Compliance Learning will receive a bronze Anthem award in the category of Health – Digital and Innovative Experiences. The award recognizes SAI360’s workforce training, Navigating an Active Threat, a simulation-style learning experience that teaches employees how to protect themselves and others in the midst of an active shooter situation.

“Our instinctual reactions in these high-stress situations are often the riskiest,” shares Christine Brown, SAI360’s Vice President of Product Management, Learning. “Our scenario-based learning resource gives employees a safe place to practice a strategic versus reactive response. Participants learn how to quickly assess their surroundings to make smart decisions that can ultimately save lives.”

“The Anthem Awards were born out of the desire to amplify and celebrate the voices that are creating sustainable change and to inspire others to take action,” said Patricia McLoughlin, Anthem Awards General Manager.

This year’s Anthem Award Winners were selected by IADAS from a pool of over 2,000 submissions from 44 countries. Anthem judges are intellectually diverse leaders from across the impact industry with expertise that spans across the Anthem cause areas.

This is the SAI360 Learning’s fourth Anthem Award.
