Robbi-Lynn Watnik is an attorney, Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), with over 35 years of experience in health care policy and 25 years focused on compliance and privacy. Ms. Watnik conducts research and analysis of federal regulations around privacy, security, and federal health care programs. She provides compliance advisory services, conducts effectiveness evaluations of Compliance Programs, and has served as Interim Compliance and HIPAA Privacy Officer for various healthcare organizations.

Demi-Lee Mpati is an attorney licensed in Ohio and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC). She specializes in research and analysis of Medicare and Medicaid program rules and federal health care regulations, including HIPAA and the Affordable Care Act. Ms. Mpati partners with senior consultants to assess clients’ compliance with federal and state healthcare laws, evaluate adherence to Corporate Integrity Agreement requirements, and provide compliance advisory services.
