California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): Managing Risks and Compliance

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) went into effect on January 1, 2020, creating a variety of new privacy rights for state residents while also imposing a number of compliance obligations for companies. Notably, the CCPA applies to any company, regardless of where the company is based, that collects, stores or processes personal information of California residents.

During this webinar, our panel of experts discusses ways in which companies are preparing in order to be compliant with CCPA in effect. The panel will also showcase real-life examples.

Presenters: Stuart D. Levi, Partner and Amy S. Park, Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP

This webinar is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be legal advice and does not constitute an attorney-client relationship.
